AMERICA'S CHRISTIAN HERITAGE WEEK

What is America's Christian Heritage Week?

America’s Christian Heritage Week is the week set aside annually to acknowledge the vital role that Christianity has played in our nation’s history. Each year the celebration occurs during Thanksgiving week. Citizens are encouraged to seek proclamations from their governors and mayors acknowledging our Christian heritage and the celebration of America’s Christian Heritage Week. At least 80 such proclamations have been issued since 1991.
